Quarantine Day 59 – Mental Awareness Week

This week is mental awareness week! This is a week where we try to stay positive and happy. Here are some things you could do each day to make sure the people around you are happy.

Monday:

You could make someone a coffee or tea. It’s the little things that count!

Tuesday:

You could tidy without being asked if you are a kid, so your parents don’t have to!

Wednesday:

Why not draw or paint a picture for a loved one?!

Thursday:

Give someone a call who is feeling a bit lonely in lockdown!

Friday:

Make some cakes or biscuits, share them with your family and treat yourself to a couple too.

Saturday and Sunday:

Spend the rest of your week doing things YOU enjoy and make sure you look after yourself! You deserve a break from making sure everyone’s happy!

There you are! Now I know you can’t do Mondays, as it’s Tuesday, but try and let others know you care! Comment what you’ve been doing. BYE!
